One of the shortest treks in Everest, Panoramic View Trek is for those who want to set their step in the Everest region for a limited time. The best thing about Everest panorama trek is that you can view world’s tallest Mount Everest without climbing on a high altitude.
We will catch 40minutes of flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and land at Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla that is located at 2642m altitude. We will have a quick breakfast and the porters will arrange the luggage. We will walk through Phakding and cross highland villages of Sherpa where we will visit ancient monasteries and meet with friendly locals. Namche allows us with an entrance to Everest Region.
Highlights of Everest View Trek include views of 7000m+ mountains like Lhotse, Nuptse, Thamserku and Amadablam. You will also witness unique highland culture, traditions and way of living. Everest View Trekking route continues through Sagarmatha National Park where we can witness rare Himalayan floras and faunas. We will stop by Hillary School. This school was established by Sir Edmund Hillary himself back in 1961. We will continue to walk to Khumjung village and enjoy the view of Amadablam Mountain. We will also visit Khunde Chamkang while in Khunde village where we can witness the statue of Avalokitesvara god.
Mt Everest Panorama View Trek is more than having close-up view of Everest. The cultural experience and natural views will make you enjoy the memory of Everest View trekking forever.
